Regulars are made,

A stamp or points card that lives on your customer's phone, a scanner your staff already know how to use, and offers you can run on a Tuesday and turn off on Wednesday. It sits inside the same dashboard you edit your website from.
Example only — the name, mark, reward and number are all yours to set
The loop
Three moments, and none of them is an app store.
Nothing to download. The card is a page in your customer's account on your own website.
They scan the code on your counter
Your programme has one join code. Print it, sticker it, put it on the receipt. Scanning it opens your site, they sign in, and the card is theirs.
Your staff scan their card
Staff sign in to their own portal — separate from your dashboard, on the same phone they already carry. Scan, tap, stamped.
The reward comes off once
At your threshold the card says so. Staff redeem it, the balance resets, and the transaction is written down with the name of whoever tapped it.
Pick one
Stamps or points — whichever your counter already speaks.
One programme runs one mechanic. Choosing is the first thing setup asks, and it is the only thing that changes what your customer sees.
Stamps — a visit is a visit
One staff scan, one stamp, regardless of what they spent. The card counts up to the number you set — the format every coffee shop has already taught its customers.
Stamps — one scan, one stamp
Points — a number that can move by more than one
The same scan, but the amount can vary, which is what makes a double-points Tuesday possible. Points can expire after a number of months, or never.
Points — the amount can vary
Offers
Six kinds of offer, and a rule for when each one is awake.
An offer is not a campaign you have to remember to end. You say what it is and when it applies, and it stops on its own.
What it gives
Boost
Multiply what a scan earns. Double stamps on your quiet day.
Free item
The reward is a thing on your menu, named as you name it.
Buy X get Y
The counter offer. You set both numbers.
Percentage off
A straight discount, when that is what you mean.
Amount off
A flat amount rather than a percentage.
Your own words
Free text on the card, scheduled the same way as the rest.
Example — double stamps on Tuesdays
When two boosts overlap, the bigger one wins
They do not stack. A double-stamp Tuesday running alongside a triple-stamp launch week gives three, not six. That is deliberate — stacking multipliers is how a promotion turns into a bill nobody planned for.
The card
It carries your name, never ours.
Seven palettes and a custom one, five layouts, two shapes, and your own logo. Nothing on the card, in the account area or in the email tells your customer which platform is underneath.
Five layouts — the same programme, laid out five ways
One layout, every palette — or set your own three colours
Two shapes — a card, or a square for a sticker or a screen
Your logo, not a placeholder
Upload a mark and it sits on the card. The Classic layout gives it a badge of its own; the others keep the name in type.
Or your exact three colours
If none of the seven palettes is your brand, set all three gradient stops yourself.
Nothing says Helm
Not on the card, not in the account area, not in the email. Your customer never learns what is underneath.
Example activity
Staff
Every stamp has a name on it, including the ones you would rather it didn't.
Staff get their own logins by email invite — not your password, not a shared PIN. Every earn and every redemption records who did it.
A portal, not your dashboard
Staff sign in somewhere else entirely and see one thing: scan, stamp, redeem, look someone up. They cannot reach your content, your analytics or your billing.
When they've forgotten their phone
Staff can find a customer by name or email and stamp the card without the code — the thing that otherwise turns a loyalty scheme into an argument at the till.
Someone leaves
Switch them off. Their history stays, so the record of who did what survives the person who did it.
Guardrails
The awkward cases are handled, because they are the ones that happen.
One stamp per window
The default gap between earns on the same card. Set it to whatever suits your business, or switch it off. A second scan inside the window is refused.
Codes work once
A customer can generate a short-lived code instead of showing the card. It expires, and once it is used it is dead.
A screenshot got out
The customer rotates their own card code from their account. The old one stops working immediately.
Balances can expire
Set a number of months, or leave it off. A card nobody has touched in two years does not have to stay a liability.
Your side
Four tabs, and a setup that asks the questions in order.
Loyalty appears in the same sidebar as your website content. Turning it on walks you through the mechanic, the reward, the card design and your first offers.
Overview
Cards issued, stamps given, rewards redeemed, and the join code ready to print or rotate.
Transactions
Every earn and redemption, filterable, with the staff member attached to each one.
Customers
Who is close to a reward, who has stopped coming, and a leaderboard if you want one — through the accounts module loyalty is built on.
Getting started
It is one switch, and an afternoon of setup.
Loyalty is included on the Business plan and can be added to any plan for $35 a month. If Helm already runs your website, it is the same login.
