A site that qualifies
before you answer the phone.

Four questions on your own site sort the serious enquiries from the rest, and the pipeline to hold them appears by itself. Your afternoons go to the people worth talking to.

Plans from $20 a month. SEO and Audits are included from Standard.

A week

The hour spent on a bad enquiry is the hour you wanted back.

Six things that happen without you doing any of them.

Mon
Somebody finds the page from a search

The title and the two lines under it are the ones you wrote, not a heading the site guessed at. That is the entire reason they clicked rather than the firm above you.

Mon
They answer four questions instead of ringing

Scope, budget, timing, whether they have had advice before. Scored on the weights you set, before anyone reads a word.

Tue
You read a number, not an inbox

Nine out of ten, restructure, budget set, next quarter. You reply to that one and leave the zero-detail ’how much do you charge’ where it is.

Wed
The answers are still attached to them

Not a notification you skimmed. When they come back in November their answers open with the record.

Thu
A contact form goes to the right place

With an auto-reply, so nobody thinks they have been ignored, and nothing sitting in a spam folder you never open.

Fri
The audit tells you the site got slower

Speed, search health and the rest, scored, with what caused the number. You did not have to ask for it.

Why the pipeline appears on its own

Publish a quiz and Leads switches itself on, because answers with nowhere to land are half a feature. Nothing to configure and nothing to buy.

What it is not

Leads holds who asked and what they said. It is not a deal board with stages you drag cards between, and it does not chase anyone for you.

Qualifying

A quiz is a filter, not a lead magnet.

Ask the three or four things that actually predict a good client for you — scope, budget, timing — and decide what each answer is worth.

The scoring is yours; nothing here has an opinion about what a good client looks like in your field.

Every submission is kept against the person who sent it, with the factors that produced the score, so a number you disagree with can be opened rather than argued with.

nassarlaw.com › employment
Employment law for small businesses in Beirut | Nassar & Co
Fixed-fee employment advice for companies under 50 staff. Contracts, restructures and dismissals, handled by one solicitor you actually speak to. Four questions to start.

How the result looks

Being found

Two lines decide whether they click, so you should be writing them.

The title and the two lines under it are the entire search result — the only thing a searcher reads before deciding whether you are worth a click. You write them per page rather than letting a heading become the title by accident.

The module flags the pages that have never had one, so a service page you added in a hurry is not still blank a year later. Connect Search Console and the performance data sits next to the thing you are editing.

Where you actually stand

A report you did not have to ask for, and can act on.

Speed and search health, scored, with the reasons behind each number.

Example report

Measured with Google's own engine

The speed number comes from PageSpeed, so it is the same figure anyone else checking your site will see rather than a score we invented.

Included from Standard, not sold separately

There is deliberately no way to buy Audits on its own, which means nothing in the report is an upsell.

It reports; it does not repair

The report says what is wrong and why. Fixing it is a change to the site, which is still work someone does.

Before you start

What this does not do, said now rather than later.

Quizzes is switched on for you

It is not on a checkout page. You do not ask for it — if your site needs it, it is switched on while the dashboard is being built, so it is there the first time you log in.

No proposals, invoices or e-signature

Helm qualifies the enquiry and keeps the record. It does not send the engagement letter or take the signature at the end of it.

No CRM stages or chasing

Leads holds who asked and what they said, scored. It is not a deal board and it will not follow anybody up for you.
